Vehicle Reservation Deposit Policy

To reserve a vehicle, CARMOOSE requires a £250 reservation deposit. This removes the car from sale immediately and guarantees that no other customer can purchase it while you travel to view it.

Refund Conditions

The deposit is fully refundable once you attend your viewing. If you view the vehicle and choose not to proceed, it is refunded in full with no pressure or obligation.

Non-Refundable Conditions

If you reserve a vehicle but do not attend your viewing, the deposit becomes non-refundable. When a car is held, it is taken off the market, unavailable to other buyers, and genuine enquiries are paused. Holding a vehicle also creates real overhead costs including AutoTrader listing fees, advertising charges, preparation time, and the loss of potential sales while the car is marked as reserved. The deposit simply protects the business from no-shows while remaining fair to customers who attend as agreed.

Viewing Timeframe

Viewings should be arranged within a reasonable timeframe. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
